Refund Policy

All sales are final prior to delivery.

Stardust watches are produced in limited batches and prepared individually for each order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded before delivery.

After delivery — exchange only.

Within 14 days of receiving your watch, you may request an exchange for a different colorway of equal value. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

To request an exchange, contact us at stardustwatches.eu@gmail.com with your order number and the colorway you'd like instead.
