Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Stardust you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes.

Pre-order & Delivery

Stardust watches are produced in limited batches. Your watch will be delivered to your door within 50 working days of your order being placed. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. Free worldwide shipping is included on all orders.

Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. Within 14 days of receiving your watch you may request an exchange for a different colorway of equal value. Items must be unworn and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as production begins immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Stardust is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, text, and design is the property of Stardust and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
